Metal: Hellsinger Rocks Out With Dream of the Beast DLC

New Songs, New Features 

Let the rocking continue. Now, with new weapons, outfits, and most importantly, songs.  Today Funcom and developer The Outsiders are excited to announce the launch of new DLC for their rhythm FPS, Metal: Hellsinger. The DLC, titled Dream of the Beast, is introducing a whole load of new content to the game, as well as, new ways to play. Of course, a press release gives fans some details on the new features of the DLC. Additionally, players can check out the Dream of the Beast trailer for a glimpse of the DLC. 

Metal: Hellsinger introduces players to a rhythmic shooter set in hell itself. Using an arsenal of different weapons, players  will shoot, dash, and rock out, killing enemies to the beat. Importantly, killing enemies will increase your power and allow you to shred through demons that much easier. Obviously the game couldn’t hold the title of Metal without including some legendary tunes. Yet, now there are some new voices players can look forward to hearing. 

The Dream of the Beast DLC is introducing players to two new voices with two new songs performed by Cristina Scabbia (Lacuna Coil) and Will Ramos (Lorna Shore). Additionally, players can equip new outfits for their Hellsinger, use a new weapon and play even differently. That’s right, players will now be able to use the new free Song Selector feature which can change the game drastically. 

Metal: Hellsinger is currently available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox X|S. The Dream of the Beast DLC is out now. So, are you ready to rock?
