Goblin Stone Developer Gains Publishing Deal With Curve Games

For the Love of Goblins

Sometimes a game is so good, it can make others jump on board. It’s even better when those who jump on board are a publisher. Today, Orc Chop Games is excited to announce their partnership with publisher Curve Games for their award-winning roguelike turn-based RPG, Goblin Stone. Set to release later in 2023 with Curve Games’ help, Goblin Stone combines elements of roguelike games and RPG’s set in a unique fantasy world. A press release provides more details about the game. Additionally, fans can check out the announcement trailer.

Goblin Stone

Goblin Stone introduces players to a world where adventurers, hungry for XP and loot, have driven Goblins and Orcs almost to extinction. Importantly, this is where you come in. Players must gather together a rag-tag group of Goblins and set off an an adventure to save the species. Of course, the game takes place in a procedurally generated world with an integrated legacy system. This ensures that no two runs of the game will ever be the same. Additionally, players can look forward to a tactical turn-based battle system, base-building, breeding new goblins with different traits and aspects, and more.

Of course, players can get a glimpse of what to expect from the game in the new announcement trailer. The trailer shows off the gameplay, art style, and combat of the game all while giving a rundown of the story. Check out the trailer below.

Goblin Stone is releasing later in 2023 on PC via Steam. Additionally, it is expected to release on Consoles in 2024. So, are you ready to gather your goblins?
