The Next Generation of Dead
The House of the Dead series has a long history. It is older than a lot of gamers these days. If you have not played this classic series, The House of the Dead Remake is available on almost every platform. It comes to PS5 this month, completing the sweep.
The Remake came out last year in April 2022. First, it launched on Nintendo Switch, then on PC, Xbox One, Stadia, and PS4 a week later. It came out on Xbox Series X|S in September 2022. It was announced today for PS5, but it does not seem like there will be any unique features to this version.
Visually, The House of the Dead Remake is about the same as the PC and Xbox Series X|S versions. The PS4 version supports PS Move, though the PS5 does not use Move controllers, so it appears that method of playing is out the window. Both however, can use gyro aim controls.

If you want to play this on PlayStation, now might be the best time to buy it. The PlayStation 4 version is currently on sale on the PlayStation Store for 50% off. The sale ends before the PS5 version becomes available, but upgrading is free.
The House of the Dead Remake is available now on PC, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch. It will be on PS5 on January 20th.
