A Heartwarming Tale of WaterÂ
Enter a world of water, shadows, and adventure. An adventure of reconciliation and loss. A tale that is both heartwarming and saddening. Today developer Thunderful is happy to announce the release of their platforming adventure, Wavetale, on Consoles and PC. The game brings a moving story and gameplay full of adventure, all set on a decaying archipelago. A press release provides more details on the game itself. Additionally, a new launch trailer lets you get a great look at the waves that await you in game.Â
Wavetale introduces players to protagonist Sigrin. Living on the archipelago of Strandville with her grandmother, Sigrin befriends a strange shadow that grants her powers. With the powers of the shadow players will uncover the secrets of the island and face an old nemesis. Will you be able to save the islanders? Of course, the game combines a deep story with platforming action. As Sigrin players will speed through waves, use her net to swing across buildings, and battle enemies. Of course, during her adventure, players will meet a whole cast of interesting characters from hermits, to pirates, and obviously her grumpy grandmother.Â
