It’s time to get your next look at Gotham’s best. Prepare yourself for your new caped crusaders. Today Warner Bros. Games has unveiled the latest look at their upcoming action-adventure game, Gotham Knights. The new cinematic trailer gives players their last look at their new heroes before the game’s release on October 21st. A press release gives more details about the trailer and the game. Of course, the trailer itself gives players a glimpse of what is to come.Â
Gotham Knights introduces players to a Gotham City without Batman. Instead, the rest of the bat family has taken up the mantle of defenders of the city. Batgirl, Nightwing, Red Hood, and without a doubt Robin make up the team. Of course, each have their own feelings about becoming protectors of Gotham. They each have their own motivations, and inner reflections.Â
Importantly the trailer is told from the perspective of famed butler, Alfred Pennyworth. Alfred delves into the inner struggles of each of the bat family as they step into their roles as protectors. Batman has left big shoes to fill and it will take the whole team to do it. So luckily, the trailer gives players a glimpse of each member of their new family. Check it out below.Â
Gotham Knights is releasing on October 21st, 2022. It will be available for PC and next-gen consoles. Pre-orders are available now and reward those who do with a special bat-cycle skin. So, will you become the heroes Gotham needs?
