Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin DLC Will Release In October
Square Enix and Team Ninja launched Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin on March 18th, 2022. It is available on PC via the Epic Games Store, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. Today, the companies have announced that an upcoming DLC, Wanderer of the Rift, will release on October 26th, 2022. The developers also released a trailer showing off the DLC.
Players that purchased the game’s Season Pass will receive the upcoming DLC at no additional charge, as well as the previously released content, Trials of the Dragon King and the upcoming mission, Different Future. In the upcoming DLC, players must fight their way through the Labyrinth of Dimensions, a dungeon filled with pieces to the story. Furthermore, players will have access to the new Blue Mage job along with special monsters to fight and summon in battle using a Summoning Stone. Moreover, the DLC will introduce a new class of enemies, Chaotic Monsters, which will give players a more diverse and challenging experience.
In the trailer, viewers were given a first look at some more areas to explore as well as enemies to fight. In Strangers of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin, Jack must undergo a journey filled with numerous challenges to bring the light of Cornelia back to the Kingdom that is now covered in darkness. Players will be able to choose from a wide selection of jobs and weapons!
