Today NEOWIZ is excited to share that their upcoming dark RPG, Lies of P, is bringing a demo to PAX West from September 2nd-5th. A press release about the demo provides more details. Lies of P is a dark twist on the story of Pinocchio. Players will explore a city in ruins as a mechanoid Pinocchio. Yet, they aren’t alone in the crumbling city. It is full of danger and as such players will need to use everything they can to survive. Crafting new weapons, interacting with survivors, and making significant narrative choices, are all a major part of the game. Of course, players will need to make difficult choices that may even change the outcome of their individual game. Importantly, the game weaves the fairy tale into the game through a system that allows the player to become more human the more lies they tell.
The Lies of P demo promises to give players a direct, and dazzling experience. Having won three awards at Gamescom 2022 players should be excited to get their hands on some gameplay. Of course, for those unable to play the demo, players can view the gameplay trailer to see what they are missing.
