Welcome to Path of Titans
Prepare to walk amongst dinosaurs, as a dinosaur. Today Alderon Games announced that a closed beta for their upcoming game, Path of Titans, will launch on PC, Consoles, and Mobile on July 27th. A press release provides more details about the game. Furthermore a new teaser trailer shows off the gameplay as well as the mighty Tyrannosaurus Rex.Â
Path of Titans invites players to play as a dinosaur, from the egg to the terrifying beasts of prehistoric times. Players will select from one of 26 different species of dinosaurs and enter into a lush environment. Of course, the environment is full of AI creatures, as well as, 200 other players all different dinos. The players goal is to navigate the environment, as well as surviving natural events, and augmenting their dinosaurs to become stronger.Â
Of course, players can customize their dinosaurs as well. There will be alternate species skins, customizable markings, and other unique visuals. The customization goes even deeper with abilities. Players can spend points they earn on abilities, such as levelling the strength of their bite, or even swap out different attacks. OF course, players need to choose the dinosaur that fits their playstyle. Will you run your prey down with speed, or maybe lurk just below the water to drag prey to their deaths. It’s up to you.Â
