The Twin-Stick Racer
A couple of years ago, Level 91 Entertainment released a racing game called Inertial Drift. It is a cell-shaded rally racer, but it has an interesting twist. Players can drift their car with the right joystick. This fall, Inertial Drift: Twilight Rivals Edition will be hitting PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
Originally, Inertial Drift came out on PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. Inertial Drift: Twilight Rivals Edition will come with new content. This includes a new story mode, four new cars, new tracks and reversible routes, and more. It will also have a performance mode, which boosts the framerate to 120 FPS. Alternatively, players can select a quality mode for 4K resolution.
When the Twilight Rivals content comes out, players on PC, Xbox One, PS4, and Nintendo Switch can get the Twilight Rivals DLC pack. This includes all the new content.

If you have Inertial Drift right now, it looks like you will have to pay for the Twilight Rivals DLC or the full game on PS5 or Xbox Series X|S, if you want this content. It is not explicitly mentioned, but the developers would have likely said if it was going to be a free upgrade.
Inertial Drift is available now on PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. Inertial Drift: Twilight Rivals Edition will be coming out in the fall for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
