Cult of the Lamb Will Officially Launch In Mid August On Multiple Platforms
Devolver Digital is one of the most popular independent publishers in the video game industry. The company has been involved in the release of various titles such as Weird West, Shadow Warrior and the Serious Sam franchise. Today, via an official announcement trailer, Devolver Digital has announced the release date for Cult of the Lamb. The game will be releasing on August 11th on PC via Steam, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
In the two minute announcement trailer, Devolver Digital set out to give fans a little insight into the game. The trailer starts with a calm, touching cinematic before delving into fast-paced and rugged combat. As a result, viewers will see the game’s graphics, gameplay and some of its characters.
In the game, players will adopt the role of a lamb who has been saved from death. However, every debt must be repaid and so players must spread the name of the ominous creature who saved his life in order to repay him. In order to succeed, players must build their flock while destroying non-believers. To spread the word, players must train their flock and learn the mysteries of the four regions. Once completed, players can carry out rituals, spread enlightenment and cleanse any non-believers. Are you ready to spread the word?
