Knight Crawlers, ragdoll roguelike, Unveils Gameplay Demo

Crawling and Brawling

Prepare to face hordes of enemies while partaking in ragdoll combat. Today indie developer Good Morning Games is happy to reveal that their upcoming game, Knight Crawlers, is getting a playable demo at Steam’s Going Rogue festival. A press release provides more details about the game. Additionally, a small blog post provides details about Steam’s Going Rogue festival.

Knight Crawlers introduces players to the Lost Realms. Playing as a crawler you will adventure through a ragdoll physics based world full of humor and adventure. As players adventure, facing waves of enemies, they will collect more equipment, skills, and more. Of course, as a roguelike, no two runs will be the same. You will collect melee, ranged, and magic weapons that you can use to fit your specific playstyle. Additionally, following a progression system, players can also unlock specific bonuses that last between runs.

Of course, the gameplay demo for Knight Crawlers will be available at Steam’s Going Rogue festival. The festival, titled Going Rogue: A Festival of Persistence, is meant to highlight games from the roguelike, soulslike, and Metroidvania genres. The event begins today, May 2nd, and runs through May 9th. The event features demos, discounts, and more for games that fall under the genre. Obviously, Knight Crawlers is making an appearance with a demo available today.

Players interested in the game can get a glimpse of the action with the official trailer from last year.

Knight Crawlers is releasing later this year. For now, players can check out the demo on Steam during the Going Rogue festival. More information about the game is available on the Knight Crawler’s website. So, are you ready crawl, brawl, and ragdoll through the Lost Realms?
