This Summer, the Saints Row reboot will be hitting PC and consoles. The streets of Santo Ileso will be full of purple, cars, guns, and general mayhem. If you are thinking about getting the game, consider if you want to pre-order it or maybe even secure Saints Row Legacy Edition.
Aside from the standard edition, there is the Gold Edition, Platinum Edition, and Legacy Edition. Each one containing more content and value than the last. You can pre-order the Gold or Platinum Edition on any first-party retailer like the Microsoft Store or PlayStation Store. However, Saints Row Legacy Edition has to be found at a retailer that will ship physical items, because of its contents.
The Gold Edition comes with several DLC packs. The Idols Anarchy Pack, Los Panteros American Muscle Bundle, and the Saints Criminal Customs contain vehicles, weapons, and clothing items. It also comes with a Season Pass. The Platinum Edition comes with all of the above, plus a code for a digital copy of Saints Row: The Third Remastered.
Saints Row Legacy Edition comes with the Idols Anarchy Pack, the Season Pass, Saints Row: The Third Remastered, plus a little keychain. For some reason, all editions of the game are much cheaper if pre-ordered at Best Buy. You can get the Legacy Edition there for a lot less than you can the Gold or Platinum Edition from Microsoft Store, PlayStation Store, or Epic Games Store. Funny how that works.
Wherever you decide to buy your copy from, Saints Row comes out on August 23rd for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
