Meagan Marie Cosplay Feature
Welcome back, cosplay fans! It’s time for the weekly COGconnected cosplay feature. This week, we’re taking a look at Meagan Marie, who has been listed as one of the best cosplayers in the world. Her name is spoken in the same breath as Yaya Han and Alodia Gosiengfiao. She’s a founder of The Causeplay Shop, which helps the cosplay community to raise money for various charities. Lara Croft of Tomb Raider is one of her favorite characters, and she’s cosplayed as Lara a lot over the years. However, Meagan Marie also had the chance to work on the creative direction of the Tomb Raider reboot. She currently works as Director of Community at Crystal Dynamics.
Like fellow cosplay legend Monika Lee, Meagan Marie currently has a real job. This hasn’t kept either of them from keeping at the cosplay hobby. Although Meagan seems to have less time for shoots these days, the shoots she participates in are spectacular. And her Lara Croft has only gotten better with age.
