Call of Duty League’s Major II Qualifiers Have Officially Begun

Call of Duty is arguably the biggest game franchise in history. Its most recent iteration is Call of Duty: Vanguard. The game’s competitive scene is compacted into the Call of Duty League, which commenced in 2019 with the Modern Warfare season. The two champions since its inaugural season have been Dallas Empire and the Atlanta Faze. This year, twelve teams representing different cities will vie for the ring, championships, cash and glory. Major I came to an end last week and the qualifiers for Major II have now commenced. The action is on the day!

Last week, Major I came to an end with Optic Texas sealing the championship against Atlanta Faze in style. Shottzy, Illey, Dashy and Scump won the games in style, heading to the Winner’s Final and Grand Finals before taking it all. In the upcoming major, Altanta Faze will be seeking their revenge, Optic Texas will want to maintain their status while other teams will want to improve and take their spot.

Other interesting teams to look out for are Toronto Ultra, London Royal Ravens and the Los Angeles Thieves, which is owned by Call of Duty and entertainment legend, Nadeshot. The Qualifiers will run from 11th-27th March while the Tournament Weekend is from 31st March to April 3rd. The starting times will be 4P.M. EST and the games go on until the matches are completed.
