Mortal Online 2 Introduces Measures To Counter Player Queue

Mortal Online 2 is a first-person MMORPG that launched very recently. The game is the successor to Mortal Online, a historical MMORPG that had a cult following for many years. The development team, Star Vault, confirmed that Mortal Online 2 sold over 100,000 copies. Furthermore, the game has a consistent player base hitting peaks of nearly 10,000 players. Unfortunately, the servers stability and capacity has been strained. As a result, the development team will be implementing measures to curb the issue.

Mortal Online 2 Feature

The development team envisioned having one core world, as Myrland. However, testing on Myrland alone appeared to have been insufficient leading to issues and concerns for players attempting to access the game. The team implemented patches to increase population cap, but it is not enough to support approximately 10,000 players.

As a result, the developers will be adding new continents in an attempt to allow everyone to play. Players will be able to travel back and forth and things will remain the same with their guild status and character. Essentially, this will allow the developers to work on improving the continent’s capacity and work on upcoming continents to replace the extra Myrland continents.

Soon enough, the team will confirm when the patch and continents will be releasing in the game.

Mortal Online 2 is a subscription based MMORPG wherein players can attack others freely and loot them. The game features a complex crafting system, character customization and a massive sandbox world for players to explore. Players will explore the world of Nave, which features various biomes from snowy mountains to forests.
