KUR, Frantic Shooting Game, Leaving Early Access in March

“A Love-Letter to 90’s Shooters”

Comedy, guns, kicking? Indie developer Really Ragdoll Studios game, KUR, has all of this and more. Additionally it is leaving Early Access in mid-March. A press release provides more details about the game as well as what is to come with the full release. A true, at least in appearance, successor to shooters of a bygone time.

KUR Release

KUR puts the player into the boots of an intergalactic mercenary, gun-for-hire. You get the job done. And you don’t ask questions. As long as you get paid. Of course, the shadowy organization you’re working for sends you on a mission that goes to far. A hellhole of a planet, a robot spider wearing a human skull, and more horrors. Now, you need to figure out what the people you work for are up to, if you can survive.

The game features a lot of tools for the player. An augmented boot for, literally, kicking butt. A whole host of weapons and an upgrade system where you spend the cold hard cash you earn each level. Additionally, the levels themselves exist across six levels and amount to over twenty hand-crafted stages. Furthermore the game features a protagonist with full voice-over.

In fact, players can catch a glimpse of all of this action in the new launch trailer.

KUR is releasing officially on March 17th 2022. So get ready to lock and load and kick some alien butt. What are you most excited to try in KUR? Who’s up for a full boot run?
