Holdfast: Frontlines DLC Will Be Launching For Free In February
Anvil Game Studios is an independent video game developer based in Malta. The company worked on and released their debut title, Holdfast: Nations at War, which is a multiplayer title allowing players to engage in large scale warfare. Since its release into Early Access in 2017, the company has continued to push updates and content for the title based on feedback and their vision. In 2020, Anvil Game Studios released Version 1.0 of the game. Today, as a gift to the community, the developers have announced Holdfast: Frontlines.
In the announcement, the company revealed that the game will release as a total-conversion DLC for free as a show of love to the community. Furthermore, in the same update, the developers will be dishing out some graphical improvements to the game’s Napoleonic Front.
Furthermore, the developers confirmed that there are more updates incoming. One of the biggest pieces of content is that there will be a new faction joining the battlefield later this year. In Holdfast, players must wage war on multiple fronts, as they tactically deploy soldiers and more. They must enlist the army, navy and coast guard to protect them while deploying men of different roles. Players have up to twenty-one classes to choose from, each with their own strategic benefits. Additionally, some of the playable nations include France, Russia, Italy, Prussia and Great Britain. Who will you choose to lead into battle?
