Capcom Fighting Collection Coming to PC and Consoles This Summer

Them’s Fighting Words

Sometimes, when a developer or publisher hits the big time with a really good game, they take that model and stick with it. FromSoftware has their Soulsborne games, Bloober Team has their psychological horror games. Capcom has a ton of different kinds of games, but their fighting games really stand out. Later this year, they will be coming out with the Capcom Fighting Collection.

This announcement is hot on the heels of another Capcom reveal, Street Fighter 6, whose logo looks like an NFT profile pic. These announcements are in part to celebrate 35 years of Capcom.

Capcom Fighting Collection

The Capcom Fighting Collection will be comprised of ten different titles. It’s not just every edition of Street Fighter II either. There are games from the Darkstalkers series, Street Fighter, and even crossovers. Two of these Darkstalkers games have never officially been released in the West.

The complete list of games includes Darkstalkers: The Night Warriors, Night Warriors: Darkstalkers’ Revenge, Vampire Hunter: Darkstalkers’ Revenge 2, Vampire Savior: The Lord of Vampire, Vampire Savior: The Lord of Vampire 2, Hyper Street Fighter II: The Anniversary Edition, Red Earth, Gem Fighter: Mini Mix, Cyberbots: Fullmetal Madness, and Super Puzzle Fighter 2 Turbo. Most of these tiles are fighting games with the exception of Super Puzzle Fighter 2 Turbo.

Each game will have Training Mode, official art, concept art, and online play. In online play, there will be Ranked, Casual, and Lobby matches to choose from. Capcom Fighting Collection will be coming out on June 24th for PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
