Battlefield 2042 Update 3.2 Will Improve Performance And More
The Battlefield franchise is iconic in video game history as one of the trendsetters in the FPS genre. The game is known for its massive maps, tactical possibilities and more. Battlefield 2042 was one of the most anticipated titles of 2021. Unfortunately, Electronic Arts and DICE failed to please the fans. The game launched in a poor state and fans feared the worse. However, Update 3.2 and the impending Update 3.3 is intended to slowly fix some of the most glaring issues in the game.
The developers have listened to feedback on the issue of game performance. The team will be making small and large changes to ensure that game performance is improved across the board. Furthermore, more changes are coming to XP in Portal and progressing on Mastery and Weekly Missions.
However, an All Platform VOIP and Matchmaking Preferences in All-Out Warfare are not ready just yet. But, the developers have indicated that it is at the front of their mind and they will have more to share on the topic in the future.
The Scoreboard Refresh is also another change coming. There will be more changes to the Scoreboard in the future as well, including in Update 3.3. In Update 3.3, the team will refresh the Scoreboard UI with a new panel highlighting how players stack up across the server.
Update 3.2 is scheduled to launch tomorrow. Its focus will be to work on quality of life improvements for Battlefield fans. Update 3.3 is scheduled to release in mid February.
