NACON and Eko Software have revealed the official list of national rugby teams for their upcoming rugby game. Rugby 22 is set for release on January 27, and there is a lot of information now available to get players excited.

The newest edition of the rugby franchise will bring a host of new improvements for players. Rugby 22 will include many adjustments to generally improve gameplay, including a more realistic AI. Visually, the game will look much more impressive as the faces of star players will be more realsitc thanks to photogrammetry.

Rugby 22 has single and multiplayer modes, with local or online modes. There is a career mode that will allow players to build their own team and recruit players. While Rugby 22 also brings a new difficulty mode to the franchise, they have also added new tutorials. This will help players learn the basics of the sport and train to become the best rugby player in the world.

Teams for Rugby 22

Among the host of national teams added, players will have access to most of the world’s most iconic rugby squads. Australia’s team, the Wallabies, will appear. And of course, this wouldn’t be a rugby game without New Zealand’s All Blacks. The fiercely competitive and intimidating squad will likely be a favourite choice for many players.

In addition, Rugby 22 includes the majority of major national teams, along with official players and jerseys. In addition to the ones already mentioned, this includes teams from France, Fiji, Ireland, Italy, Scotland, Wales, Japan and Georgia.

Rugby 22 will be available on January 27, 2022, on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC.
