An Omno Odyssey
Embark on a journey of self-discovery and uncover the truth with Omno on your Switch. That’s right, Jonas Manke’s solo developed puzzle adventure game Omno has arrived on switch today. In a press release, the solo developer, provided some details about the game and about its arrival on the Nintendo Switch.
“I’ve poured everything I had emotionally into the making of this game,” said Manke in the release, “Knowing that my very first commercial project…is now available on a Nintendo console is a childhood dream come true!”
Omno is a 3D adventure game. The player will journey through different environments with seamlessly animated movement. Additionally, players will discover puzzles, friendly creatures, and curious places. From jungles, to deserts, and even places in the sky, Omno’s journey is not short of pretty scenery.
With the announcement of Omno’s arrival to switch, Omno also got a release trailer to showcase the core gameplay.
The trailer shows off some of Omno’s well animated visuals. As well, the trailer takes the time to show players some of the puzzles encountered and, even further, some of the magical beasts.
Further, the game has an approval rating of 94% on Steam. Additionally, this rating follows the summer launch on, not only PC, but Xbox and PlayStation consoles as well.
Most importantly about the game’s arrival to Switch, is the ability for players to take this journey on the go. For the very first time Omno comes in a handheld version so that players can take the mystical world anywhere with them.
Although Omno is a story with only 4-5 hours of playtime, the journey it take players on is for those who enjoy a single player experience. Omno is available on Nintendo Switch today, prepare to take this short, sweet, story with you anywhere.
