Kero Blaster Leaps onto Android

Are You Feeling Froggy?

Time to hop along and save your company from infestation, now on Android. You heard that right, Studio Pixel’s 2D side-scroller, Kero Blaster, has arrived on Android devices. A press release about the announcement provides more details.

Kero Blaster Feature

The premise of Kero Blaster is that there are no humans. Frogs and Cats, and other creatures, are the dominate species that go about their daily lives as any civilization would. The player, takes on the role of a bipedal frog. The master of custodial sciences. Basically, as the head of such sciences, you have to make sure your company’s teleporters remain clear of strange monsters, while trying not to be eaten yourself.

The trailer for the game, released earlier this month, shows off the gameplay and graphics of Kero Blaster. Reminiscent of the side-scrollers of old, Kero Blaster seems to reflect a simpler time in gaming.

Additionally, the trailer shows off some of the different weapons, tools, and gadgets, that players will use on their adventure. From scatter blasters, to flamethrowers and jetpacks, Kero Blaster gives the player a, seemingly, large arsenal to defend their company. Also, the trailer shows off bosses and some of the levels/stages players will face as they continue their adventure to protect the mysterious start up company they work for: Cat and Frog Inc.

Developed by Studio Pixel, Kero Blaster is available now on Android devices through the Google Play Store. Currently, the game costs $5.99. In addition to the main game, to spin offs to Kero Blaster, Pink Hour and Pink Heaven are now available for free. The spin offs follow the pink clad office lady who can be seen yelling at our froggy friend in the trailer. So, are you feeling froggy? Well, are yah?
