VR FPS After the Fall is Available Today, Launching With More Content
Today, Vertigo Games has officially launched their new VR co-op survival action FPS, After the Fall. The new VR adventure takes players across a the frozen remains of 1980s Los Angeles in intense 4-player co-op and PvP action.
While we got a taste of the intense gameplay earlier this month, Vertigo has more news to announce. The studio has revealed new details of their first Frontrunner Season. This will be free for any player who has purchased After the Fall – Launch Edition.
This content update will come with four new maps including the Hollywood Boulevard Harvest Run and the Warehouse PvP arena. Frontrunner Season One also brings new game modes, weapons, devices, player features and more.
After the Fall takes place in an alternate reality post-apocalyptic Los Angeles, inspired by the 1980s. The action-packed co-op was built specifically for VR. Players will start in a shared space with up to 32 other players. The players are split into teams of four. Each must defeat the hordes of enemies as they try to ensure humankind’s survival.
As promised, this will just be the first of many content updates for the VR horror shooter. After the Fall is available on Meta Quest 2, PlayStation VR and Steam. Go out and explore the post-apocalyptic LA streets now! Will you be able to help humanity survive another day?
