More Outer Wilds
The Outer Wilds is a critically acclaimed time-loop adventure, and the new DLC, Echoes of the Eye, is out now. The base game is almost perfect as is, but I’m certainly not going to complain about more content.
So, what does Echoes of the Eye add? It introduces a new museum exhibit that marks the trailhead into one last journey into the wilds. Players can grab their flashlights and find the answers that await them in the darkest reaches of space.
Echoes of the Eye weaves into the original narrative so you can experience it seamlessly.
Echoes of the Eye is available now on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC for $14.99. If, for some reason, you haven’t played The Outer Wilds, you can purchase the base game and expansion together in Outer Wilds – Archeologist Edition for $39.99. I haven’t had the chance to check out the DLC yet, but if it is even half as good as the base game then it is more than worth the money.
