Omen of Sorrow Is Heading To The Xbox One and Other Platforms Soon
Omen of Sorrow is a 2D classic fighting game that initially launched on the PlayStation 4 in 2019. Since then, eastasisoft have been working on some ports for the game and have officially announced that it will be heading to the Xbox One, digitally, in North America, Europe, Australia and Southeast Asia on September 15th. The company has also confirmed that PC version of the game is in the works.
Omen of Sorrow will be available at a price of $19.99USD for two weeks with an additional 20% discount on Xbox One following its launch. Omen of Sorrow’s Xbox One trailer shows off its cool art-style, graphics, intense combat and well-designed characters. In the updated version, Erzsébet joins the main roster alongside her massive dragon companion. The player was previously downloadable only.
Omen of Sorrow takes place in the underworld, which is ruled by mysterious beasts and creatures. The game combines horror, literature and mythology with a fighting experience like no other. The game draws inspiration from arcade classics, but weaves its own art-style and aesthetics into it. Omen of Sorrow utilizes Unreal Engine 4 and presents a classic fighting game.
The game’s roster includes classic monsters such as Frankenstein and Imhotep. The game is also accessible for newcomers as it four-button system rewards or punishes players for their aggressive playstyle.
