Back To The Past
If you are an Amazon Prime member, you can now claim Battlefield 5 for free. While Battlefield 5 isn’t my favorite shooter and certainly not the best in the franchise, it is still a solid game to get for free.
Battlefield 5 takes players back in time to World War 2. While the setting is refreshing, World War 2 is too limiting. From modern to futuristic time periods, you get so many interesting toys to play with that don’t exist now and certainly didn’t during World War 2.
Now, there is one downside to this great deal. You do get the game through Origin. I don’t like Origin; you don’t like Origin, but it is a free game, and that is a hard deal to pass up.
Now, you will need an Amazon Prime account to claim this free game, but if you don’t already have one, and I’d bet most of you have it already, you can sign up for the free trial, claim the game, and then cancel the trial. This is just a free game, and you can keep it even if you don’t keep Amazon Prime going.
