A Ton of New Content Is Coming to Xbox Game Pass In July

Xbox Game Pass Content Continues

Since Xbox & Bethesda’s presentation at E3 2021 this year, it has become increasingly clear that Microsoft is putting the Xbox Game Pass at the forefront of its umbrella as a subscription game service available on Xbox systems, PC, and Cloud. It offers crossplay on the platforms to a plethora of video games, and so Microsoft is slowly beating the idea of exclusivity in video games. With the clear push, the Xbox Game Pass has continuously received a plethora of games, DLCs, updates, and other content on its platform over the past few months. The Xbox Game Pass Ultimate costs $14.99 USD, while on PC and Console, the general version is $9.99 USD.

As Microsoft prepares for a hot summer, the month of July brings many games to relax indoors with, including Dragon Quest Builders on July 6th and Tropico 6 and UFC 4 on July 8th. On July 15th, players will then have access to Bloodroots, Farming Simulator 19, and Medium. Besides that, there are a ton of other DLC and game updates available such as Plague Tale: Innocence’s Series X/S update, Astroneer: Jet Powered update, Black Desert: Corsair Update, Doom Eternal Series X/S update, Gears 5 Operation 7 update, and Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege Year 6 Season 2 update. Additionally, Destiny 2: Solstice of Heroes will be available until August 3rd, wherein players can earn legendary Solstice armor and upgrade it until it glows.

People with the Game Pass Ultimate will receive further benefits and gifts, including access to Space Jam: A New Legacy The Game, Black Desert Special Gift Bundle, Apex Legends: Protocol 3 Weapon Charm, and World of Warships: Navy of the Realm.

Unfortunately, as with most subscription services, some games will be leaving the platform on July15th; however, there are discounts of 10% to 20% for Game Pass members to purchase the games. These games are EA Sports UFC, EA Sports UFC 2, Endless Space 2, Crosscode, and Downwell.
