Graphical Fidelity At Its Best
Playground Games’ YouTube Show “Let’s Go!” just dropped its 4th episode, showing off incredible new Forza Horizon 5 gameplay, almost an entire race, as well as detailing 3 of a total of 11 biomes to be featured in the full game. Along with the stream, Microsoft dropped a blog showcasing brand new stunning screenshots that highlight the Forza Horizon 5’s 11 biomes, detailing the incredibly diverse environments. Varying from a Coast, to a Volcano, an Urban City, and even a Jungle. Check out the full blog here to get a look at all the screenshots.
“Our team collects references from the location and creates concept images that highlight the beauty and unique detail for each biome. We employ techniques such as photogrammetry to recreate the environment with precision accuracy,” says Don Arceta, Art Director for Forza Horizon 5 at Playground Games. “And we bring the beauty of the world in, through the sights and sounds you’ll find throughout every area. The goal of the artistic process is to make it feel like you’re really there.”
Forza Horizon 5 takes place in the beautiful environments of Mexico, and you will be able to travel through them all as soon as November 9th when the game is released. Forza Horizon 5 releases for Xbox Series X/S and PC. As always, you’ll be able to play it as part of your Xbox Gamepass subscription.
