To Cleanse the Land and Defend Our Safe Harbor
Everyone who plays Genshin Impact is probably familiar with Zhongli. The calm, wise, and somewhat absent-minded consultant of Wangsheng Funeral Parlor played a major role in the Liyue story arc, where his deep voice, unflappable chill, and surprisingly cute mannerisms quickly made him a fan favorite. Then we all realized he was Liyue’s dragon god of wealth, war, and contracts, Rex Lapis–sometimes known as the Geo Archon Morax–in disguise, and appreciation for him shot through the roof (no, we won’t apologize for spoiling that twist. It’s not a spoiler if it’s obvious). Needless to say, people have been begging for a rerun of Zhongli’s Banner, especially now that he’s been buffed, and it seems like that wish is about to be granted. Popular leaker Lumie has announced on Twitter that the Banner will return on 27th April, at the beginning of Update 1.5.

This is fantastic news for everyone who needs a little more Zhongli in their lives, which–let’s face it–is just about all of us. For those of you who’ve been out of the loop, here’s a quick reminder of Zhongli’s talents, courtesy of Dualshockers:
“RAIN OF STONE
Normal Attack: Performs up to 6 rapid strikes.
Charged Attack: Consumes a certain amount of Stamina to lunge forward, causing stone spears to fall along his path.
Plunging Attack: Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact.
Elemental Skill – Dominus Lapidis
Elemental Burst– Planet Befall
1st Ascension Passive– Resonant Waves
