Monster Hunter Rise Pre-Order and Collector’s Edition Detailed

Amiibo Hunter

Monster Hunter fans and Switch owners have some options to weigh. The upcoming Monster Hunter Rise is exclusive to Nintendo Switch and now Capcom has released information on the different editions and purchase options for the game. Obviously, there is a Standard Edition, but there is also a Deluxe and a Collector’s Edition. There is also a bonus for any customer that pre-orders the game, regardless of the edition. There are also Amiibos available as separate purchases, if you are a collector or if you want the bonuses they offer.

Monster Hunter Rise Pre-Order

The Standard Edition just comes with the game, but if you pre-order it, you get the Palamute Retriever Costume layered armor, the Palico Forest Cat Costume layered armor, and a free Novice Tailsman. The Deluxe Edition comes with the Hunter layered armor “Kamurai” set, Palamute layered armor piece “Shuriken Collar”, Palico layered armor piece “Fish Collar”, 4 gestures, a Samurai Pose set, Kabuki face paint, and the “Izuchi Tail” hairstyle. The Collector’s Edition comes with the Deluxe content as well as a Kamura Enamel Pin, a 10-Sticker pack (4 designs have been revealed), and the Magnamalo Amiibo.

The Magnamalo Amiibo can also be obtained separately, as well as a Palamute or Palico Amiibo. Each of these Amiibos unlocks a special layered armor, though it is unclear if these armors are the same ones you get by pre-ordering or not. Monster Hunter Rise will be available on March 26th, 2021 exclusively for Nintendo Switch.
