Two of Fall’s Biggest Gaming Events Have Been Cancelled
This year’s Tokyo Game Show and Paris Games Week events were both cancelled earlier this week due to the current coronavirus pandemic, according to the organizers behind both.
TGS 2020 was planned for September 24th to September 27th and Paris Games Week was scheduled for October 23rd to October 27th.
Though Paris Games Week was completely cancelled, the TGS organizers are planning to hold the event digitally (likely via livestream). More info about the digital TGS event is planned to be announced sometime later this month, according to a TGS press release about the cancellation.
