It’s Ya Girl
Resident Evil 3 came out yesterday and fans have been trying to survive Raccoon City, again. As you may know, Resident Evil 3 has been packaged with the asymmetrical 4v1 multiplayer mode Resident Evil: Resistance. This mode sees four Survivors working together to escape the Mastermind and their experiments and traps. There are a number of characters to choose from, no matter which side of the game you are on, but Capcom has announced that a familiar face will be joining the twisted games of the Mastermind.
The main game’s protagonist Jill Valentine will joining the other Resistance Survivors later this month. In Resistance, each character has their own set of special skills, as well as a class-type. There are two Damage, one Hacker, one Tank, and two Support Survivors. While a team may have multiple Support characters, both characters have their unique skills. The news of Jill joining the game type ends there. There is no mention of what class she will be or what skills she will have, though having gone through Raccoon City on her own in the main game, she could believably fill any role.
Resident Evil 2 Remake took 2019 by storm, swiping almost every Game of the Year award it could. Resident Evil 3 is nothing to turn your nose up at either. You can check out our review here. Jill Valentine will be added to Resident Evil: Resistance on April 17th via free update. Resident Evil 3 is out now on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
