EA is Adding Some of It’s Blockbuster Franchises to Stadia

Stadia’s Selection Just Got a Whole Lot Better

EA is going to be adding a couple of its blockbuster franchises to Stadia. There is no clear deadline for when this is going to happen exactly, but Stadia users can expect to see games like FIFA and Madden in the coming months. EA has narrowed down the release of both sports series claiming that Stadia users will be able to get their hands on them by this “winter.” Still vague, but it’s a start. Other EA titles are also going to be added later on down the road. But the release date for these is going to be by the end of 2021 at the latest.

FIFA 20 Player

EA’s sports games are a controversial topic within gaming, but there is no denying that they have a mass appeal that is hard to match. Despite the avalanche of criticism that has come from both the FIFA and Madden communities, both titles continue to top the sales chart every year. For whatever reason, the supposed jaded fanbases keep coming back for more.

As if things could not get any better, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is going to be making the move to Stadia too. Fallen Order has been hailed by critics as one of the best Star Wars games in recent memory. With a compelling and interesting story and outstanding gameplay, Fallen Order is already a classic amongst the Star Wars fans everywhere.

Stadia might have struggled a bit when it first launched, but with the addition of high profile games, there is no limit on the success and influence that Stadia could have in the future. Just about every major player in the gaming industry has introduced some sort of streaming service for games. It appears as though this aspect of the industry is only going to grow too. There is no telling where Stadia could be at the end of the decade.
