We Lie, We Cheat, We Steal
Call of Duty: Warzone has been insanely successful in the four days since its launch. Over six million people logged on to check out the newest take on Battle Royale upon release, so it’s no surprise that players have stumbled upon a game-breaking exploit within the first week. While your friends here at COGconnected would never condone the usage of such nefarious tactics, we would be remiss if we didn’t tell you exactly what to do. You know, so you can not do it.
A user by the name of Steve on Youtube has uploaded a video detailing exactly how teams have been able to win games without ever firing a single round. It involves reviving your teammates after you’ve already been overtaken by the gas. Once a squadmate goes down, you’re able to infinitely revive each other, one after another. As you can see in the video above, it’s simple to do, and without a clear line of sight, your enemies would never be able to reach you.
It’s important to note that this will require the ‘Tune-Up’ perk, as it increases revival time by 25 percent. It’s been reported that you’re able to do this without the perk, but apparently it’s made much more difficult.
If you’re looking to try this out, it’s probably best that you do so quickly. The sentiment going around at the moment is that this will be patched within days. It would be much appreciated too, as a typical Warzone game has run me anywhere from thirty to sixty minutes, and surviving until the end only to find the last remaining team doing this would make me want to flip my coffee table.
