Julepler cosplay is a super talented costume maker and has made pieces for herself as well as for her partner. While Elizabeth and Booker definitely are not a couple, I think a lot of us probably hoped they would be up until the end of the game.
Julepler cosplay also did an awesome job on the cell shading on Handsome Jack for her partner and Gaige the Mechromancer for herself.
