Don’t Sleep On This 2020 Release
Arc System Works has dropped a couple of tasty Granblue Fantasy: Versus trailers! If you haven’t been keeping an eye on this game, maybe these two videos will change your mind? We’d all be fools to let this one slip from our gazes. Never enough weapon-based fighters out there, I say.
The game is based on a Japanese property that’s somehow failed to make any impact here in North America. Possibly because none of the previous games in the series have been released outside of Japan? I’m no expert, but that may have been a contributing factor. Bring us these games, you cowards.
Ferry and Lancelot are the two fighters highlighted in this latest set of Granblue Fantasy: Versus trailers. Ferry is a magic user with a sweet whip, while Lancelot has a fetching pair of swords at his disposal. Aside from the whipness, Ferry also uses spooky blue spirits to great effect. Check out both of the trailers below for a better look at their respective fighting styles. Granblue Fantasy: Versus is coming to the PS4 in Japan on February 6th, 2020. XSeed Games is bringing the game west sometime next year, but the exact release date has not been announced.
