Gears 5 Gets a Big Cyber Monday Discount
The digital Xbox One version of Gears 5 just got a huge Cyber Monday discount and it’s currently going for $29.99 on the Microsoft Store and Amazon. Additionally, CDKeys is offering a digital bundle of the entire mainline Gears series on Xbox One for $24.69.
The acclaimed third-person shooter continues the story of Gears of War 4 with Kait Diaz and her allies fighting against The Swarm, a deadly alien race.
Our review was mostly filled with praise for the latest Gears title, calling it “one of the most content-packed titles around.”
“On the whole, Gears 5 is one of the most content-packed titles around. If you’re somebody, you’re probably going to find something up your alley here,” the review’s author wrote. “Revolutionary? No. The structure is very familiar, and there are bugs here and there, but this is an ambitious package that’s polished in almost every way.”
