Bethesda Says The Elder Scrolls VI and Starfield Won’t Be at E3 This Year

The Elder Scrolls VI and Starfield Won’t Make an Appearance at E3 This Year

Last year at E3 Bethesda revealed The Elder Scrolls VI and Starfield. At the time however, they were both unveiled with minimal information and since then not much has followed. Unfortunately it seems we won’t be finding out anymore about either game anytime soon as Bethesda has recently confirmed they won’t be at E3 2019.

During a new PAX East panel Bethesda’s Todd Howard made it very clear that fans shouldn’t expect to see either game at E3 this year. When speaking about the two upcoming titles Todd Howard had this to say, “Before everyone asks, please be patient. It’s going to be a long time. It’s not something we’re going to be talking about at E3, either of those games, this year. And so patience, please, but you know, given the anniversary, we did want to give everybody a taste.”

As it stands right now we currently don’t have a release date for either game, but from what Bethesda’s Pete Hines said last year we do know that Starfield will be coming out first. What’s interesting about Howard’s recent statement however is that it raises an important question: what games will be shown during Bethesda’s press conference? Aside from DOOM Eternal and “much more” Bethesda hasn’t teased any specific titles.
