Twice The Boardin’ Fun In One Package
After an interminable time away, the Nintendo Switch is back again on an endless quest to devour and diffuse all indie games on the planet Earth. The latest offering on the old marble slab is OlliOlli. We’re getting not one, but two games at once with OlliOlli: Switch Stance next month.
If you’re unfamiliar with these games, it’s just skateboarding and side-scrolling mashed together until something ceaselessly compelling is spat out. The simple controls and visuals mean that you’re hooked in pretty easily. Between the engrossing gameplay and the ‘one more run’ design, these two games are -wait for it- just perfect for the Nintendo Switch!
OlliOlli: Switch Stance is coming out for the hybrid handheld on February 14th. If you’re starving for some delicious skate-based gameplay, this might be a good one to keep on your radar. After all, Tony Hawk has been pretty hit-or-miss lately, and who the hell knows when Skatebird is ever coming out? You can’t appease me with that soon-ish nonsense!
