Hitman HD Enhanced Collection Drops Next Week

Young Agent 47 Gets an Upgrade

Two of Agent 47’s most popular outings are getting a fresh coat of paint and taking aim for a release exactly one week from today with the Hitman HD Enhanced Collection.

Hitman 2

IO Interactive announced the remasters earlier today via a blog post on their official website. The Hitman HD Enhanced Collection will include Blood Money and Absolution in glorious 4K, running at 60FPS. The developer also promises the Enhanced Collection will provide the remasters with:

  • Increased texture resolution
  • Upgraded texture formats
  • Super-sampling
  • Upscale support
  • Heightened shadow map and mirror resolutions
  • Improved lighting
  • Updated controls for a more fluid experience

If you’re like me and have only gotten into Agent 47’s story beginning with the 2016 installment and the recently released Hitman 2, this is a pretty solid excuse to spend some more time with the anti-hero.

Hitman HD Enhanced Collection releases next Friday, January 11th for PS4 and Xbox One. It’ll be a digital exclusive release and retail for $59.99 USD. Let us know if you’ll be suiting up with Agent 47 in the comments!
