Dragon Ball Project Z Gets Exciting First Trailer
Not too long ago Bandai Namco officially revealed their brand new and upcoming Dragon Ball Z title as Project Z and while there was no other real information given alongside the confirmation, today we’ve gotten the very first look at the action. Let’s just say it’s a day for Dragon Ball Z fans to rejoice.
During the Dragon Ball FighterZ World Tours Finals Bandai Namco gave fans yet another reason to get hyped about the franchise with the very first trailer of their Action RPG Project Z. The trailer shows some Dragon Ball legends, Goku and Piccolo, firing blasts at one another before launching into some of the history behind the past couple games. We’re given a look at some locations from the anime series, though no fighting occurs during these scenes so it’ll be interesting to see how they’re transformed for the game.
Though Bandai Namco hasn’t opened the information flood gates, the trailer came alongside a few new screenshots and the confirmation that Project Z will be released later this year. Additionally, it’s worth mentioning that Project Z is being developed by CyberConnect2, the creators behind the Naruto Shippuden series and .hack series, and it’s set to feature both Japanese and English voiceovers. Here’s what Bandai Namco had to say about their big trailer reveal, “Determination, Despair, and Hope. Discover the story of the mysterious Dragon Balls in the all new DRAGON BALL GAME – PROJECT Z! Join Goku and fellow warriors in the neverending search for the ultimate fight, COMING 2019!” You can check out the trailer and the screenshots below.
The game is set to release for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. What do you think about the upcoming Dragon Ball game? Let us know your thoughts and don’t forget to keep it locked for updates!
