PS Now Continues To Double Down On Content Following Downloadable Titles
11 games are joining PlayStation’s game streaming service catalog today, as well as a new way to browse the service’s 600+ games.
The new games coming to PS Now include:
- Baja Edge of Control HD
- Battle Chasers: Nightwar
- Destroy All Humans! (PS2)
- Destroy All Humans! 2 (PS2)
- Guilty Gear Xrd Rev 2
- Harvest Moon: Save the Homeland (PS2)
- LocoRoco Remastered
- Mafia 3
- Steep
- Vikings: Wolves of Midgard
- World to the West
The new Collections feature is essentially the service’s games sorted into more appropriate lists, including Exclusives, PS2 games, and Downloadable titles. The feature is currently rolling out to all users over thee course of the week, so some players may not be able to use it right away.
PS Now only recently implemented game downloading for PS4 and PS2 titles which makes more a much more reliable experience than streaming the content itself, and shortly thereafter, added another handful of titles and reset the trial period, allowing those who gave the service a shot in the past another chance to try it out.
In other recent PlayStation news, it looks like name changes are finally on the way, though with some pretty hefty caveats, and those who subscribe to PlayStation Plus can currently grab a couple real bangers, including the first chapter of one of gaming’s best franchises, Yakuza Kiwami. Let us know in the comments if you’ll be trying out any of the new games added to PS Now, and keep it locked to COGconnected for all the latest gaming news!
