Classic Action Horror Comes back to Nintendo
Good news, everybody! Capcom are porting their beloved horror classics to that well-known Nintendo console that’s portable. In due course, fans everywhere will be able to reexperience Resident Evil 4 and its predecessors for the 4th, 5th, or sixth time.
To be clear, Resident Evil 0, Resident Evil, and Resident Evil 4 will be making the jump to the Nintendo Switch, perhaps dripping blood along the way. The ports will arrive sometime in 2019, and that’s all we know at the time of this writing. “Capcom is bringing multiple fan favorites to Nintendo Switch! Resident Evil, Resident Evil 0, and Resident Evil 4 will each be launching on Nintendo Switch in 2019! We’ll have more info soon!” the publisher wrote on Twitter.

Capcom previously ported Resident Evil: Revelations to the Switch, which means they may not stop. We may eventually see other titles make the switch, including Resident Evil 5 and 6. Worth noting, however, is that Resident Evil 2 is not on the list. This may imply that Resident Evil and Resident Evil 4 are upscaled versions of the GameCube and Wii upgrades.
