Darksiders 3 Doesn’t End After It Ends
THQ Nordic and developer Gunfire Games have unveiled the post-launch plans for the upcoming Darksiders III today and it sounds like it’ll add quite a few bodies to the pile.
Firstly, The Crucible DLC will be a sort of horde mode that sees Fury taking on waves of the damned to “unlock new rewards and items.” The second piece detailed, Keepers of the Void, will see Fury sent into the Serpent Holes on a quest from Vulgrim to “remove an ancient threat that resides there.” It’ll include new puzzles and enemies, as well as allowing players a chance to unlock the coveted Abyssal Armor.
No release date was announced for the DLC, but that’s okay, because the base game itself isn’t out for another month and a half.
In other recent Darksiders 3 news, a shiny new gameplay trailer dropped just over a month ago, and the release date was confirmed along with a handful of collector’s editions, only one of which includes the season pass necessary to access this additional content.
Darksiders 3 drops November 27th for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. Let us know what you think in the comments and keep it locked to COGconnected for all the latest gaming news!
