Panic Button Is Streaming to Raise Funds for Hurricane Florence Victims

The Developer Will Be Streaming All-Day

In the wake of Hurrican Florence, which has devastated much of the East Coast, developer Panic Button has begun a livestream to raise funds for people in need. You may remember the developer for their ports, primarily Nintendo Switch ports DOOM, Wolfenstein II, and Rocket League. If you love what they’ve done, you can check out their livestream over at Twitch.

Every now and again, the video game community gets together to help those in need. It’s one of the best things about our industry, the ability and willingness to unify at a moment’s notice. At the time of this writing, the stream has accumulated over 300 viewers, but I think we can get that number higher. The stream is scheduled to carry on for approximately 12 hours, which means you may still have time to jump in. The list of games to be streamed is as follows:

  • 10:00 ~ Mario Kart
  • 11:00 ~ Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus
  • 12:00 ~ Rocket League
  • 1:00 ~ To the Top
  • 2:00 ~ Warframe
  • 3:00 ~ Enter the Gungeon
  • 4:00 ~ Dragon Ball FighterZ
  • 5:00 ~ Mario Tennis
  • 6:00 ~ Overcooked 2
  • 7:00 ~ Astro Duel Deluxe
  • 8:00 ~ Doom
  • 9:00 ~ Freestyle Choice

Throughout the stream, the developers will be answering fan questions while participating in competitive games. So, if you’re ready for some Panic Button shenanigans, and you’re feeling a bit generous, you can jump into https://www.twitch.tv/panicbuttonllc and donate a dollar or two for the victims of Hurrican Florcence. It’s totally up to you. The stream will conclude around midnight PST. Until then,

Happy gaming.
