Microsoft Announces X018 Conference for This November

The Event Will Likely Focus on the Xbox One

Microsoft announced on Tuesday that they plan to host a X018 event in Mexico City from November 10th to November 11th. The event is described as a “global celebration of all things Xbox” and it will have “news, first looks, and surprises” for Xbox One owners, according to the official website.

X018 will be streamed on the streaming website, Mixer, on November 10th during 4:00 PM ET to 6:00 PM ET. Microsoft didn’t reveal exactly what would be shown at the event but past X0 conferences have usually shown major first-party & third-party Xbox games.

For example, the X0 2006 conference revealed that Splinter Cell: Conviction was launching on the Xbox 360 & PC exclusively and showed some of the first gameplay footage for 2007’s Assassin’s Creed.

This upcoming X0 conference could likely reveal a lot of new information about the Xbox One, the games that Microsoft’s recently acquired first-party studios have been working on, or even some info about the next Xbox console.

What do you think will be shown at this upcoming conference? What do you think Microsoft should focus on? Are you excited about it? Let us know your thoughts & opinions in the comments section below!
