Rare Is Looking for Your Feedback to Help Improve Sea of Thieves

Sea of Thieves Developer Rare Wants Your Feedback to Improve the Game

Despite the recent confirmation that Sea of Thieves is Microsoft’s most successful IP of this current console generation, outselling both Sunset Overdrive and Quantum Break, it hasn’t exactly received great reviews across the board. As a result, Rare is looking for player feedback, and a lot of it, to help improve their latest title.

Sea of Thieves

That’s right, if you’ve got something to say about Sea of Thieves, Rare has officially opened a new section on its forums specifically for game feedback and suggestions. From this new forum it’s obvious that Rare is aware of the problems Sea of Thieves has had in the few weeks since launch, including a lack of content. Hopefully these suggestions and feedback from fans will help Rare correct their ship, and quickly iron out some of the issues that have plagued the game thus far. You can check out their tweet about it below.

At the very least, this shows that Rare isn’t just trying to appease fans by asking for feedback to help improve the game. As they’ve actually implemented an easy way for players to provide suggestions this shows that they are indeed dedicated to fixing it’s flaws, and that’s always a good thing for the gaming community to see.

So what’s one of the top suggestions to help improve Sea of Thieves? You may have already guessed it: a battle royale mode! As this is the biggest trend in gaming right now, this isn’t exactly surprising, however it is interesting. Other popular suggestions and feedback include adding stats to cosmetic items, mermaids only visible for intended crew, NPC ships, character reset, and fixing the draw distance, among others. If you have ideas on how to improve the game, just make your way to this forum and let ‘er rip.
