Play Hitman’s Sapienza Level for Free with This New DLC

This New DLC Also Includes All the Side Challenges

IO Interactive, the developers behind 2016’s Hitman, has just released the Hitman Spring Pack, a new DLC pack that offers the game’s Sapienza level (which is set in Italy) for free along with a bevy of side challenges that have previously come out for the level. Players who download the pack get to keep the level and all the other pack’s features permanently.

Players will also be able to play the Professional Difficulty version of the Sapienza level if they download the pack.

The total amount of side challenges number to over 120 and players will also get the all the Escalation Contracts (which are special contract challenges that increase in difficulty as you progress) and Featured Contracts (community made contracts that were picked by IO Interactive) set in Sapienza as well. Notably, a new set of Featured Contracts is set to come out on March 29th. The seven achievements/trophies for the Sapienza level will also be available.

You’ll also get two story missions set in the tutorial level of the game, the ICA Facility, along with the 40 plus side challenges, the two Escalation Contracts and the 17 trophies/achievements that are for that level.

Also, any Elusive Targets (which are unique targets that only appear for a limited amount of time) that are reactivated for Sapienza will also be made available for those who get the pack. The next reactivated Elusive Target, known as “The Guru”, is scheduled to be reactivated on March 23rd.

Any progress made in the Spring Pack will carry over if you buy the full game or GOTY Edition after downloading and playing the DLC.

COGconnected reviewed the Sapienza level back when it came out in April 2016 and absolutely loved it, giving it a score of 92 out of 100! Our reviewer, Ahmed Mohamed, said that Sapienza “showcases all of what Hitman can be.”

“[Sapienza] makes the first episode feel tepid in comparison as its open map and brilliant level design offer up a lot more opportunities and ways to execute them,” Mohamed wrote. “Larger maps doesn’t necessarily equate to a better game, but IO Interactive have filled Sapienza with interesting paths, characters, and missions.”

The Spring Pack will be made available until April 3rd so if you want to give Sapienza a try then you better hurry! The DLC pack is available for the PS4, Xbox One and PC.
