Rumor: Amazon Leaks Yoshi Nintendo Switch Release Date
During E3 last year, Nintendo revealed a brand new Yoshi game for the Nintendo Switch. Although no release date was given at the time of reveal, an Amazon listing may have just leaked it!
According to a listing on Amazon Italy, the platform Yoshi title is set to release on June 29th, 2018. The date is a Friday, which coincides usual release dates in Europe. While this June release date is cited on the Italy website, other versions, like Amazon US, are showing a December 28th release date.
While the release date set for June makes a bunch of sense when looking at Nintendo’s lineup for this year, it should be noted that this is just a rumor at this time. Despite the fact that Amazon has correctly revealed release dates before, we shouldn’t get too excited without official confirmation from Nintendo.
Very little is actually known about Yoshi Nintendo Switch right now, but from what we’ve seen so far, it’s likely that fans of the dinosaur will not be disappointed. You can find the E3 reveal trailer below to see for yourself.

“Lead Yoshi on a brand new adventure that will turn everything you’ve come to expect from side-scrolling games upside down! Explore a great, big world decorated like a miniature diorama in a new art style for the franchise, where each side-scrolling stage has the traditional front side as well as a flip side with different views and surprises. Look for items throughout the stage as Yoshi makes his way to the goal. You can even join up with a friend!”
The new Yoshi game will feature a new action platforming adventure, a main path and a hidden path for each course, a lively art style that looks like a miniature diorama, and simultaneous 2-player action.
