Cd Projekt Red: Cyberpunk 2077 to Feature ‘Stunning’ In-Game Animations
Cyberpunk 2077 has been making headlines a lot lately, and it all started with new activity on the official Cyberpunk 2077 Twitter account. Shortly after that it was reported that we may get to see the highly anticipated title in action at E3 2018. Now, according to a new job posting, CD Projekt Red is focused on making the game animation a sight to behold.
The Polish studio behind popular titles like the Witcher franchise, has just placed a new job listing on its official website. They’re looking for a new Animation Programmer to join their team! This programmer will be responsible for a variety of items within the game, such as “prototyping and coding animation features” and “developing and maintaining animation system in the engine.” You can find the full job listing, or vision, from the developer below.
“As an Animation Programmer you will be responsible for extending and maintaining the code of our animation technology, tools and pipelines. We are seeking for a gifted programmer to develop progressive animation systems for broad-scale games. Working closely with the animators, character artists, designers and AI programmers you should have a positive attitude and skills to effectively cooperate in a team. You will have the opportunity to develop stunning animation features for our games. If you are able to communicate with people as efficiently as you do with your computer, join us!”
